This role focuses on increasing Thryv’s penetration within existing client accounts, boosting client engagement, and expanding our SaaS customer base through new sales. Responsibilities include nurturing current clients, identifying new opportunities, and meeting sales quotas. Client interactions are primarily remote, with in-person meetings as needed.

  • Engage with assigned clients to identify opportunities for additional sales or extended usage.
  • Leverage prospecting methods such as networks and referrals to secure new SaaS clients.
  • Follow operational processes with excellence, including engagement cadences, certifications, order entries, and forms.
  • Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training sessions.

We Are Looking for People Who:

Are driven, hungry, and skilled at strategizing and presenting our software solutions to local businesses. They manage expectations well, are goal-oriented, persuasive, and capable of building and nurturing pipelines to close deals. Comfort working remotely with reliable internet, a professional setting, and appropriate attire is essential.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of software sales experience
  • Industry knowledge with ability to understand Thryv’s product suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, conducting sales presentations per company processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quick learner of new systems
