Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to take on the responsibility of overseeing and managing the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. In this role, you will act as the primary care provider for the patients, ensuring their overall health and well-being. You will have a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support you in this role, working collaboratively with you to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), taking responsibility for their medical management
  • Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
  • Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions
  • Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
  • Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively support and mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
