    • 2. Possession of a valid license to practice medicine in New York State; and
    • 3. Current Board Certification issued by the appropriate American Specialty Board.
• Assignment Level II / III
  • Physicians Practicing General Medicine
    • 1. Graduation from an approved school of medicine; and
    • 2. Possession of a valid license to practice medicine in New York State; and
    • 3. Five (5) years of full-time licensed experience as a physician practicing general medicine acceptable to the Medical Board of the hospital.
  • Physicians Practicing in a Specialty Area
    • 1. Graduation from an approved school of medicine; and
    • 2. Possession of a valid license to practice medicine in New York State; and
    • 3. Current Board Certification issued by the appropriate American Specialty Board; and
    • 4. Five (5) years of full-time licensed experience as a physician practicing in her/his field of specialty acceptable to the Medical Board of the hospital.
