Job summary

PAGNY in New York seeks an Attending Physician in the Psychiatry Department to diagnose and treat outpatients with mental, emotional or behavioral disorders at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with on-call duties from 8:30 pm to 8:30 am. The physician will supervise psychiatric residents, psychologists and physician assistants. Successful candidates will hold NY medical license and board eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Psychiatry or eligible to take the board exam.
• Must qualify for New York State Medical license.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose and treat outpatients with mental, emotional or behavioral disorders at Lincoln Hospital, Bronx, NY.
• Supervise psychiatric residents, psychologists and physician assistants.
• On-site schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm with on-call 8:30 pm–8:30 am.
