Infinite Medical P.C., in Ashland, NE, is seeking a Medical Director/Attending Physician to lead clinical operations in long-term care facilities. This full-time role combines senior clinical leadership with direct patient care, overseeing staff and ensuring high-quality care across the facility.

You will chair QAPI activities, participate in credentialing, stay current with geriatric care, and drive new clinical programs while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred for leadership in medical administration.
• Extensive experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in LTC.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and outside stakeholders.
• Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds and stand for 6–8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Foster collaboration and continuous professional development across care teams.
• Lead interview and credentialing for prospective medical staff.

Medical Director/Attending Physician

Location: Ashland, NE

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary per annum: $250,000 - $300,000

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Medical Director/Attending Physician to join our team. As the Medical Director/Attending Physician, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of comprehensive care to patients, ensuring high-quality service, and promoting best practices across the healthcare team. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Certified Medical Director (CMD) certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long‑term care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance patient care and facility operations.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand, walk, or work on your feet up to 6‑8 hours per day.
