Job description

The Section of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Dartmouth Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Comprehensive Otolaryngologist to join our growing faculty. This is a dual appointment with Cheshire Medical Center and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, offering a dynamic blend of community-based and academic clinical practice.

The ideal candidate will join a highly collaborative team of otolaryngology faculty with expertise across all areas of the specialty. They will provide high-quality, patient-centered general otolaryngology care in both community hospital and academic medical center settings. This role offers flexibility to tailor professional activities to the candidate’s interests, including opportunities for teaching and research, though participation in these areas is not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive otolaryngologic care in both community hospital and academic medical center environments.
  • Build and maintain a robust clinical practice serving a diverse patient population.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
  • Optional: Engage in teaching activities with medical students and residents in clinical or didactic settings.
  • Optional: Participate in scholarly activity, including clinical or translational research, with institutional support available.
Required Licensure/Certifications
  • Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of New Hampshire.

Positions are located at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
