Elara Caring is hiring an Attendant of Choice to provide in-home care for clients in Arlington, TX. The role focuses on personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and companionship to improve quality of life.

You will work with a supportive team and receive paid training as you grow in the role. Pay ranges from $10.60 to $15.00 per hour, with daily pay options and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, and assist clients up to 50 pounds.
• Committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
