West Wind Drive-Ins & Public Markets in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking friendly Attendants for a seasonal, nights/weekends role in our Customer Service team.

Expect duties across Concession, Gate/Ticket, or Floor Attendant, with emphasis on greeting customers, serving, and resolving questions. Must maintain safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Minimum age 16; certifications may apply; ability to multi-task, stand long periods, lift up to 25 pounds; bilingual a plus.

We are currently looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to work in our Customer Service department, which includes cashier, concessions attendant, outreach marketer, and traffic/gate attendant positions. The position is part-time and offers flexible schedules based on business needs.

Position Summary

The Attendant job duties may be assigned as Concession Attendant, Gate/Ticket Attendant or Floor Attendant, depending on experience, skills and if the Attendant has the required certifications for specific jobs (food handler or alcohol server). All Attendant jobs have a primary responsibility to provide excellent customer service by greeting, serving and attending to customer questions and needs. All Attendants are responsible to maintain a clean and safe work environment and to escalate any unresolved customer service issues or other concerns to the manager on duty. This position reports directly to the General Manager but may take direction from the Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, and/or Assistant Manager.
