Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a motivated Hotel Housekeeping Attendant to maintain high-quality service for guests and team members. You will perform routine cleaning, remove linens and trash, vacuum, carpet cleaning, mop floors, and deliver laundry and amenities to each floor.

The role is indoors with physical duties including lifting up to 30 pounds, standing, and repetitive movements. Must communicate in English. Target salary rate is $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all guests and team members.
• Remove linens and trash from rooms and designated areas; assist with cleaning tasks as directed.
• Vacuum, shampoo, spot clean, and deep clean carpets; mop floors as assigned.
• Deliver laundry and amenities to each floor; dust/clean lobby, elevators, and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
• Removal of linens and trash from rooms and all other assigned areas
• Vacuum, shampoo, spot clean, and/or deep clean carpets as assigned
• Mop floors as assigned
• Return all dirty linens to designated areas
• Launder, fold, and store linens as directed
• Deliver laundry and amenities to each floor
• Dust/clean elevators, stairwells, and lobby as assigned
• Clean all windows and surfaces in lobby
• Dust curtains in rooms
• Straighten and clean hotel pool and fitness center area
• Clean public and employee restrooms
• Assist Room Attendants as directed
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately to your supervisor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year similar work experience
• Able to effectively communicate verbally and written in English

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.
• This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures.
• Occasional exposure to outdoor
• Occasional: standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds
• Frequent: sitting, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and with repetitive movement of fingers, legs, arms, and hands
• Speech and Vision abilities are required.
