Job summary

First Home Healthcare, LLC in Taft, TX is seeking compassionate, reliable home health aides to support clients in their homes with dignity and respect. You will assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, light cleaning, medication reminders, and transportation to medical appointments, while staying current with provider service regulations.

Hours follow a 21‑hour, 6‑day plan: Mon-Wed-Fri 8:00–1:00 and Tue-Thu-Sat 11:00–1:00.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least one year experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and home maintenance tasks in client’s living area.
• Support with medication reminders and appointment transportation.
• Escort to medical appointments and ensure client safety during visits.
