Job summary

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) is seeking Attendant Care Employees for per diem shifts in Barrington, NH. You will support consumers to live independently at home and promote their wellbeing with flexible 8–10 hours weekly schedules.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour. No LNA license or HS diploma required; you must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Per diem positions available now.

Qualifications

• LNA license not required.
• High school diploma not required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Capability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Adequate car insurance, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide in-home care.
• Range of motion and exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation and housekeeping.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Use of lifting devices (training provided).
• Medication reminders for consumers.
• Support in community errands.

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) has immediate per diem position openings for Attendant Care Employees (ACE) in Barrington NH!

As an ACE for Granite State Independent Living, you can make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate support to our consumers and promoting their independence.

Flexible schedules: Ranging from 8 - 10 hours a week (Schedules set by consumers).

Job Types: Per Diem.

Salary: $18.00 per hour.

ACE Qualifications include:

• LNA License is NOT required for this position.
• High school diploma not required for this position.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
• Adequate car insurance (if applicable).

ACE Duties and Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
• Provide in-home care.
• Range of motion/exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization etc.
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers.
• Use of mechanical lifting devices (will provide training if necessary).
• Medication assistance (reminding a consumer of when it is time to take their medication).
• Providing support in the community with running errands.
