Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. in Durham, NC is seeking an ATM Trainer I (Finance) to partner with Manufacturing to develop and sustain a well-trained workforce through hands-on training, mentoring, and formal certification.

Work closely with Production and Training Supervisor to identify and prioritize quarterly training goals based on production needs. Routinely meet with Production and Training Supervisor to review training plan in order to achieve quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience as Tissue Processing Technician or equivalent experience.
• Basic level of competency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job training courses in manufacturing skills and processes.
• Track and maintain training data for accuracy.
• Provide technical support to Manufacturing personnel and the production line.
