Job summary

The ATM Supervisor at Brink's Inc oversees a team of drivers, messengers, and guards performing Cash in Transit operations. You ensure daily workflow, security of inventories, and branch opening/closing procedures.

This position operates in an armed environment, enforcing safety rules and regulatory compliance. You coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and support branch goals. Solid leadership and DOT familiarity are essential; armored-car experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years operations experience in transportation and/or logistics.
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to CIT employees
• Oversee daily operations including route efficiency, scheduling, opening and closing of branch
• Maintain safe and secure environment to ensure employees return home safely
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees
• Drive continuous improvement through systems, equipment, and process redesign
• Maintain and provide quality customer service
• Secure inventories by enforcing security procedures and reducing losses
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• Assist Management to meet branch goals
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
