The Freelance Firm, LLC is seeking an Atlanta-based Immigration Attorney to attend Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings in person. You will navigate local rules and schedules, and serve as essential coverage for ongoing cases.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in immigration law, Georgia bar admission, and ability to work independently. Spanish fluency is a plus; remote work is not mentioned for this role, as the position requires in-person appearances in the Atlanta area.

Formación

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Must be able to attend in-person hearings in the Atlanta area.
• Understand local rules and court system.
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Immigration law.
• Spanish fluency.
