As an independent care provider, you’ll earn $15.00–$30.00 per hour, with payments securely deposited to your bank account. You control when and where you work, balancing family needs with your other commitments.

Qualifications

• Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).
• Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.
• Trust & Safety: All providers must complete onboarding and meet local, state, and enterprise compliance standards (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!).
• Empathy: You genuinely care about helping families and kids.

Responsibilities

• Keep kids engaged, safe, and off their screens with fun activities.
• Assist with basic routines (meals, naps, homework help).
