Job summary

You will handle hands-on litigation, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and work closely with partners to build a high‑quality docket while gaining exposure to mediation and court proceedings. A Georgia license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience in Georgia.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Background in construction defect, storm water runoff, mold exposure, or general liability.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests for complex construction defect cases.
• Conduct on-site investigations and liaise with engineers, architects, and environmental consultants.
• Represent clients in mediation and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with Partners Stephen Snow and Carrie Moss on trial strategy.
• Develop a strong litigation portfolio and showcase achievements.
