On Location is seeking an Account Manager to support the University of Michigan, providing top-tier athletic travel services on-site five days a week in Ann Arbor. You will coordinate domestic and international air, hotel, and ground transportation for individuals and groups, ensuring smooth logistics and cost control.

The role demands Sabre GDS expertise, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to travel planning and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sabre GDS with preferred travel agency experience.
• Air, car, and hotel bookings for individual and group travel.
• Knowledge of airline exchanges and pricing records.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and customer service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle athletic individual travel including domestic and international air, hotel, and car bookings.
• Arrange all aspects of athletic team travel including group air, hotel blocks, and charters.
• Manage invoicing and exchanges to meet monthly deadlines.
• Provide high-level service to coaches, athletes, and staff via phone and email.
