Qualifications

• Federal Work-Study is required.
• Proficient in Office 365.
• Dependable, able to prioritize and organize, multi-task.
• Experience with customer service.
• Works well with others in individual and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Athletic Communications, Sports Medicine, Business Operations, Compliance, Game Operations and Tickets & Concessions as assigned.
• Handle in-game stats, broadcast operations, graphic design, public address, social media and related tasks.
• Set up and break down for home games and events; manage daily facility operations as needed.
• Provide office tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
• Sell tickets, concessions, and merchandise during home games.
