Job summary

Boise State University Athletics is seeking a post-production specialist to create and edit highlight videos, manage shoots, and deliver engaging content for our teams, including women’s basketball.

The role is on-site and requires occasional travel, night/weekend work, and mentoring of student workers. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects is essential, along with strong storytelling and collaboration with Bronco Sports Properties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with post-production software.
  • Adobe Premiere and After Effects experience is critical.
  • Experience mentoring student workers (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, create, edit, and direct post-production highlight videos for promotion.
  • Manage production shoots with proper lighting, sound, and interview techniques.
  • Incorporate sponsor elements within social media campaigns.
  • Create video initiatives to recruit fans and players to follow content.
  • Travel with teams to cover road games and events for social platforms.
  • Mentor and instruct student workers.
