Job summary

Aramark at North Carolina State University Athletics in Raleigh, NC is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to support our culinary operations. You will maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in foodservice operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned.
• Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management.
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
