Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain irrigation systems, drainage systems, soil profiles, turf systems (natural and synthetic) at Mike Long Track and Beach Volleyball Facility.
• Perform turfgrass maintenance, moisture control, disease/pest identification, irrigation scheduling and repair per NCAA regulations.
• Oversee daily grounds operations for Mike Long Track and Beach Volleyball facilities to ensure safe, competition-grade surfaces.
• Coordinate facility setup/breakdown for NCAA competitions, practices, camps, recruiting events, and other events.
• Perform field maintenance such as trimming, edging, blowing, debris removal, aeration, overseeding, vertical mowing, sweeping, grooming, and topdressing.
• Assist in field renovations including grading, sodding, irrigation repairs, and synthetic turf grooming for multiple athletic fields.
