Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Maryland driver’s license required.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
  • Experience in athletics or recreational facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform event setup and teardown for athletic events and maintain facilities for scheduled activities.
  • Linemarking, field preparation, and equipment placement to support practices and games.
  • Maintain grounds, clean facilities, and ensure safety and accessibility of spaces.
  • Operate tractors, lifts, trucks, and other related equipment as needed.
  • Assist with security of facilities and support staff with deliveries and move‑ins.
