Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or GED.
• Experience: Familiar with DOT rules and requirements; ability to read basic instructions, road signs and maps; keep a written log of activity.
• Strong communications skills including telephone/e-mail/text.
• Strong customer service abilities with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational & Time management skills.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Willingness to learn and be coached as needed.
• Collegiate or scholastic transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport students, coaches and staff to practice and competition venues (90%).
• Respond to e-mails and phone calls; training on Google docs provided (5%).
• Maintain written log of activity transportation for all events (3%).
• Assist with light cleaning and report maintenance needs (2%).
• Transport teams and students to off-campus events from mid-August through May; hours vary by season and driver availability.
• Adhere to a flexible schedule; nights and weekends required; pool of drivers for scheduling.
