Job summary

Bellarmine Preparatory School in Tacoma is seeking an Athletics & Activities Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary administrative partner to the Director of Athletics & Activities, supporting day-to-day operations of athletics and co-curricular programs.

The role handles calendars, records, transportation, registration, compliance, and events, while working with coaches, moderators, students and families to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or executive support roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Experience in athletics or school environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva for basic design tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operational support to the Director of Athletics & Activities.
• Manage calendars, records, and communications.
• Prepare reports, agendas, and materials for the director.
• Coordinate projects from planning through implementation.
• Support program logistics for both athletics and co-curriculars.
• Oversee transportation coordination and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate documentation in MyBellarmine.
• Assist with website updates and departmental communications.
