Qualifications

  • 1-3 years advising student-athletes
  • Experience in NCAA Compliance, Admissions, Registrar’s Office
  • Master’s degree preferred in NCAA Division I athletics compliance

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transfer admission process for prospective transfer student-athletes.
  • Evaluate transcripts and communicate progress toward degree requirements.
  • Communicate with coaches, academic staff and compliance daily regarding any deficiencies or developments.
  • Assist the Eligibility Coordinator with admissions liaison tasks and track recruitment status.
  • Track student-athlete academic success and prepare reports.
  • Develop individualized academic support plans for student-athletes and provide one-on-one assistance.
  • Assist with recruiting weekends and new student-athlete orientation activities.
  • Maintain compliance with NCAA, ACC, and university rules and procedures.
