D1 Training - Winchester is seeking a passionate D1 Training Coach to join our team in Winchester, VA. Lead dynamic group sessions and deliver progressive, safe workouts that meet diverse fitness levels while fostering an energetic, results-driven environment.

You will coach, correct form, and motivate members, track progress, and help with onboarding and assessments. A strong communication style and commitment to exceptional member experiences are essential.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training or strength & conditioning certification required.
• 1+ years of coaching, personal training, or group fitness experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable upon hire.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic group training sessions using the D1 Training athletic-based program.
• Design and deliver safe, progressive workouts for diverse fitness levels.
• Provide hands-on coaching, form corrections, and motivation during sessions.
• Build relationships with members to drive retention and accountability.
• Track member progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and energetic training floor environment.
• Assist with onboarding, assessments, and goal-setting consultations.
