UofL Health is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer, Coordinator of sports performance services, to lead cash-pay offerings across outpatient clinics and work alongside physical therapists to support patient care. The role blends clinical athletic training with program leadership and operational management.

The position requires NATA certification and KY/IN licensure eligibility, with a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum and a preference for a Master's in athletic training.

Formación

• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field from an accredited program.
• Master’s degree and/or athletic training residency preferred.
• National certification required; licensure in KY or IN or eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cash pay athletic training services across outpatient locations.
• Provide athletic training care in outpatient rehab clinics with PT collaboration.
• Deliver cash pay services including performance, recovery, and injury screening.
• Lead fiscal, budgetary, personnel, and operational activities for athletic trainers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and complete required documentation.
• Supervise and orient staff; manage supplies and pricing; ensure service quality.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field

Master’s degree in athletic training or related field (preferred)
