Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is seeking full-time Certified Athletic Trainers to join a growing team serving local school districts and OSS clinics in the Tacoma/Federal Way area. The role covers practices, games, and scrimmages with a focus on one-on-one athlete care.

The position requires an accredited bachelor's degree, Washington licensure or license-applicant status, NATA BOC certification, and CPR/First Aid. Occasional travel and weekends are needed; relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field accredited by a recognized body.
• Current Washington State Athletic Training License or license applicant status and NATA BOC certification.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site athletic training services for schools, universities, and sports organizations; cover practices, games, and scrimmages.
• Evaluate and triage athletic injuries and provide immediate care.
• Coordinate referrals to physicians or physical therapy as needed; build relationships with athletes, coaches, and providers.
• Work varied hours including evenings/weekends; travel and outdoor work in inclement weather.
