Job summary

ARPC is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for outreach work in the Gainesville area, supporting athletic programs with on-site care and injury management. You will collaborate with an integrated team of clinicians to optimize athlete health and performance.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, professional development, and a supportive, family-like culture within a larger clinical network. Certification and state licensure in Georgia are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training is required.
• BOC Certification (NATABOC) is required.
• Current or anticipated Georgia state licensure is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• New graduates and anticipated graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site athletic training services for assigned athletic programs.
• Evaluate and manage acute injuries while guiding appropriate care and referrals.
• Support rehabilitation progressions and return-to-play decision making.
• Build trusted relationships with athletes, coaches, physicians, and administrators.

As an Outreach Athletic Trainer at ARPC, you will play a vital role in the health, safety, and performance of the athletes you serve. You’ll be a trusted medical professional within the athletic community, helping athletes recover from injury, perform at their best, and return to play safely.
