Confluent Health is seeking an Athletic Trainer/Injury Prevention Specialist to join our team. This position is open to candidates with credentials: Certified Athletic Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant.
