Job summary

Athletico in Glen Ellyn, IL seeks an Associate Athletic Trainer to collaborate with medical staff, athletic directors, coaches and athletes to review medical conditions and craft plans for prevention, evaluation, care and rehabilitation. This full-time role emphasizes documentation, program planning, and coordination of care across partners.

Reporting to the AT Manager, you will help deliver comprehensive care, maintain records, and support athletes on their path to optimal performance within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an Accredited CAATE Program.
• Work Experience: None required.
• Certification/Licensure: BOC Certified; Licensed/registered per state regulation.
• CPR Certification; First Aid Certification; Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Apply protective or injury-preventive devices and braces as needed.
• Recognize and evaluate injuries and provide first aid or emergency care.
• Develop rehabilitation programs and prevent future injuries in collaboration with athletes.
• Maintain accurate injury records and write treatment reports per documentation protocols.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners about athlete progress and continuum of care.
