Job summary

Enovis in Florida is seeking an Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Rep to support Coral Springs and Weston. You will deliver patient care in an orthopedic setting and manage DME programs, with focus on product application and customer service.

Travel within designated territory is required; you will verify patient benefits, coordinate with Sales and Field Service Teams, and ensure inventory aligns with program goals while complying with HIPAA and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environment, or related experience.
• Demonstrated patient care experience.
• Experience dealing with multiple physicians in a high-volume clinic.
• Demonstrated experience with the application of soft goods/functional bracing.
• Previous experience with inventory management programs and/or EMRs.
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials, such as active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Certification (PTA), or related.

Responsibilities

• Provides account management, manages day-to-day service operations for DME programs, and provides instruction for appropriate use and application of products.
• Verifies patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and/or upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Performs routine evaluation of customer clinic needs and works with Sales and Field Service Teams to make modifications to improve DME inventory program performance.
• Travels within designated territory, monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels using inventory valuation methods, tracking orders, and investigating problems.
• Serves as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
• Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

• A passion for providing excellent care to HCPs and patients, along with a strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
