Shift: Full Time M-F Days 8-4:30pm

Requirements
  • Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited academic program in athletic training or a Bachelor's Degree in athletic training prior to 2023.
  • Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Indiana State Athletic Training Licensure or eligible is required.
  • Must be a Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer.
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross Professional Rescuer is required.
Roles And Responsibilities

Works with provider(s) in an outpatient clinic under the supervision of the clinic/practice manager and provider(s). Performs duties associated with direct patient care in accordance with the organization standards. Assists the providers with in‑office procedures, treatments, casting, patient education, and assuring efficient patient flow. Patient education will range from explaining next steps in the treatment plan to educating patients through a home exercise program or bracing. May perform computerized provider order entry per provider. Participates in decision‑making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve set outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency. May perform duties associated with symptom‑management, direct in‑clinic patient care, telehealth patient care, quality improvement activities, and other duties as assigned.
