Work Right NW, Inc. is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team in an industrial setting. You will deliver on-the-job care, assess injury risks, and help keep workers healthy and productive.

The role offers a competitive annual salary, a generous sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) plans. You will work Mon–Fri, 9:30am–6:00pm in Upper Marlboro, MD, contributing to injury prevention and wellness initiatives.

Formación

• BOC Certification is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Experience as an Athletic Trainer in industrial/occupational settings is a plus.
• Candidate should be able to work Monday–Friday daytime hours.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using clinical judgment.
• Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments.
• Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries.
• Partner with safety professionals to develop wellness programs.
• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and outcomes.

$74,260- $83,260 PLUS $1,500- $2,500 sign-on bonus! Upper Marlboro, MD Monday – Friday | 9:30am-6:00pm

• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions
