Job summary

Work Right NW is seeking a part-time Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team in Shakopee, MN. In this role, you will provide on-the-job care and help workers stay healthy and injury-free. You’ll make a meaningful impact by developing wellness programs and collaborating with safety professionals.

The position offers $45 per hour for 4 hours per week with opportunities for professional growth. Ideal candidates will have BOC Certification and be self-motivated with strong communication skills.

• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and adapt to diverse work environments.
• Expertise in evaluating, providing first aid, and treating orthopedic or sports-related injuries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using computer vision tools.
• Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments.
• Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries.
• Partner with safety professionals & ergonomists to develop wellness programs.
• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions.

Work Right is growing! We’re looking for a part time driven, compassionate, and proactive Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team in an industrial setting, where you’ll make a direct impact helping workers stay healthy, safe, and injury‑free on the job.

Pay, Shift & Location: $45 per hour, Shakopee, MN, 4 hours per week, one day of coverage any day between Monday–Friday.
