Job description

Muhlenberg High School has a vacancy for a Full Time Athletic Trainer. Successful candidates should believe in the importance of the impact of extra-curricular activities in a child's K-12 experience and overall social, emotional and academic development.

PREFERRED

• Prior experience in scholastic athletic training.
• Bilingual candidates.
• CPR Instructor eligible.

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's (Master's Preferred).
• BOC Certification.
• PA State License.
• Knowledge of scholastic athletics.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to give clear direction.
• Ability to supervise and direct others.
• Must be interested in supporting and working with all student-athletes.
• Knowledge of PIAA rules and policies governing the sport.
• Ability to work within the Blueprint/Action Plan of the Muhlenberg School District.
• Clearly communicate to student athletes, parents, coaches, school officials and sport officials.

Interested applicants must have current clearances, Acts 34, 114, 151 and 168. The successful candidate will be required to participate in all training as required by PIAA.
