Work Right NW in Pasco is seeking dedicated professionals to provide on-the-job care and improve worker health. Your role will involve evaluating injury risks, scheduling preventative appointments, and rehabilitating injuries, supported by innovative data-driven solutions.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with BOC certification, skilled in evidence-based practices, and exhibit a friendly personality that connects easily with clients. Work with a team that prioritizes making a difference in the health and safety of American workers.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and adapt to diverse work environments.
• Self-motivation and efficiency, even without direct supervision.
• Expertise in evidence-based clinical practices for evaluating, providing first aid, and treating orthopedic or sports-related injuries.
• Open, friendly, and outgoing personality that connects easily in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments.

• Partner with safety professionals & ergonomists to develop wellness programs.
• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate on innovative programs to improve overall worker health.

Pay, Shift & Location

$39 per hour

Boardman, OR

8 hours per month | Wednesdays preferred (coverage from 3pm-7pm)
