This is a non-traditional AT role focused on the industrial setting—you'll apply your clinical skills to ergonomics, early intervention, and injury prevention rather than the sidelines. You'll be a key partner to the safety team, working to reduce musculoskeletal injuries and improve the overall wellbeing of the workforce.

What You'll Do
  • Provide onsite early intervention and first aid for work-related musculoskeletal discomfort and minor injuries
  • Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations and job tasks, and recommend practical improvements
  • Develop and lead injury prevention programs, including stretching, warm-up, and conditioning initiatives
  • Partner closely with the EHS/safety team to identify injury trends and implement proactive solutions
  • Coach employees on body mechanics, safe lifting, and self-care strategies
  • Document interventions and track program outcomes and metrics
  • Support return-to-work and job-coaching efforts in coordination with management and medical providers
What We're Looking For
  • BOC certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) and state licensure (where applicable)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field
  • Strong understanding of ergonomics, musculoskeletal injury prevention, and body mechanics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees at all levels
  • Comfortable working independently in an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Experience in occupational health, industrial settings, or ergonomics is a plus (new grads with strong interest welcome to apply)
Why Join Us
  • Make a measurable impact on employee health and safety
  • Daytime hours with a consistent onsite schedule
  • Collaborative work alongside a dedicated safety team
