Rockledge High School in Rockledge, FL is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support its secondary athletic programs with prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. The position follows a 10-month contract with an 8-hour workday and is on-site at Rockledge HS.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Athletic Training or related field and Florida educator certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field required.
• Current Florida Educators’ Professional, Temporary or Career & Technical Education Certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field preferred.
• Two years of occupational experience preferred.

• Master’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field
• Two years of occupational experience CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING: REQUIRED:
• Current certification through NATA (National Athletic Trainers Association) and BOC (Board of Certification)
• Hold or be eligible for a valid Athletic Trainer license issued by the Florida Board of Athletic Training
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
