Job summary

Work Right NW is seeking a driven Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team in an industrial setting in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide on-the-job care, evaluate injury risks, and help keep workers healthy and productive.

You will collaborate with safety professionals, use data analytics, and develop wellness programs, emphasizing evidence-based practice and a compassionate, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• BOC Certification required; CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and adapt to diverse work environments.
• Expertise in evidence-based clinical practices for evaluating, providing first aid, and treating injuries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using computer vision tools.
• Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments.
• Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries.
• Partner with safety professionals & ergonomists to develop wellness programs.
• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate on innovative programs to improve overall worker health.
