Responsibilities

• Recruit and schedule offenders, prepare rosters, provide instruction and explain rules.
• Obtain and set up equipment, develop special programs, and observe safety protocols.
• Lead, supervise, and train assistants; track payroll and work credits.
• Maintain records, reports, and program budgets; ensure security during activities.
• Collaborate with others to ensure appropriate security and supervision during activities.
