Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to provide comprehensive care for active individuals and sports-related injuries. The role involves prevention, evaluation, immediate care, and rehabilitation, with responsibilities across different hours and locations as needed.

The ideal candidate has a DPT, state licensure in physical therapy (and athletic training if applicable), and certification such as BOC SCS or similar.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program with a doctorate degree.
• State licensure for Physical Therapy and athletic training.
• Certification such as BOC Athletic Trainer Certification or Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS).
• Strong assessment, patient care, and adaptable skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic equipment and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care, assess data to determine patient needs, and adapt treatments accordingly.
• Responsibilities include utilizing therapeutic and electrical modalities, and working across varying hours and locations as required.
