Job summary

Brightway Living & Learning, a premier non-profit on Long Island, seeks an Athletic Instructor to support individuals with disabilities in daily living, independence, well-being, and community engagement. You'll build meaningful relationships and work closely with DSPs, supervisors, and families.

An athletic or sports background is preferred; you will provide hands-on support, encourage life skills, and promote social inclusion while adhering to the organization’s mission and values.

The Role:

As an Athletic Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference.

What You'll Do:
