Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or athletic field upkeep preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the Richland Soccer Complex.
• Water turf, plants, and landscaped areas as needed.
• Mow, edge, and trim turf to maintain playing conditions.
• Remove weeds and perform landscape tasks as required.
• Operate irrigation systems and assist in field maintenance.
• Mix and apply fertilizers, pesticides, and related treatments safely.
• Operate grounds equipment safely and keep storage areas organized.
• Remove litter and keep the property clean for events.
