Responsibilities

• Set up and take down of the event
• Facilitate and supervise the event
• Clear and secure the area at the end of the event
• Lock up doors/fields as needed
• Communicate with the custodians on setup and takedown
• Secure workers for the events
• Fill out incident reports at the events
• Step in and help the athletic director as needed
• orders for the events
