Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sports management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in athletics leadership, coaching, or event coordination.
• Experience teaching Physical Education at middle/high school level.
• Commitment to classical education and character development through athletics.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).

Responsibilities

• Oversee middle and high school athletics aligned with school values.
• Hire and support coaches and student-athletes.
• Manage athletics budget, expenses, and planning processes.
• Coordinate scheduling and use of athletic facilities; assist with maintenance requests.
• Plan and carry out athletic events, game-day setup, scheduling, and operations.
• Promote compliance with policies, league regulations, and Title IX.
• Maintain records for eligibility, participation, inventory, and injuries.
• Coordinate travel for middle school teams when needed.
• Support reporting of injuries or incidents per school protocols.
