Great Hearts Academies is seeking an Athletic Coach to lead and grow a competitive high school athletics program at the Academy location. You will plan and run practices, supervise uniforms and equipment, and coordinate with students, families, and staff to promote character, sportsmanship, and academic achievement.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and prior coaching or mentoring experience. Evening/weekend work and some travel may be involved.

At minimum high school diploma/GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. Running, jumping and other rapid movements may also be required. May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.
Travel required: May need to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities.
