Job summary

Spring Lake Park Schools is seeking a part-time Athletic/Activity Camp Instructor to lead camp activities and teach the skills necessary for success in camp sports and programs. You will work with youth of all ages and collaborate closely with other staff to ensure a supportive, safe, and engaging environment.

The position offers 5–20 hours per week for 3–6 months, with a pay rate of $11.41–$15.00 per hour. Sick time and other benefits are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with youth of all ages.
• Self-motivated and able to follow direction well.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences, e.g. general public, elected officials, staff, outside agencies, parents, community.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Portfolio and work samples may be requested.
