Job summary

Cheer UP Athletics in East Providence, RI is seeking a Program Growth Coordinator responsible for boosting enrollment and program participation. You’ll engage families, tour facilities, and build strategic partnerships to expand reach while enhancing retention.

As a growth-driven professional, you’ll generate referrals, manage lead pipelines, and collaborate with schools and community groups to create meaningful enrollment opportunities and measurable outcomes.

• Drive enrollment across Cheer UP programs with proactive outreach.
• Build relationships with families, schools, and community partners.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to track leads and enrollment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive athlete enrollment across all Cheer UP programs through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consistent follow-up.
• Conduct facility tours, program consultations, and enrollment conversations with prospective athletes and families.
• Convert inquiries, leads, and referrals into active program participants.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase program participation and enrollment growth.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to introduce Cheer UP Athletics to prospective families.
