Job summary

Nike Retail is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to lead store teammates, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold Nike’s Service Principles. You’ll train and guide staff to ensure customers feel seen and valued, while contributing to visual merchandising and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and exceed customer expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register and handle shipping/receiving duties as needed.
• Stock products, build visual displays, and assist with store events.
